15 yıl için de küresel finansal krizden etkilenmeyen Türk bankalarının değeri iyice arttı. BDDK (Bankacılık Düzenleme ve Denetleme Kurumu) finansal krizden ve olaylardan etkilenmeyen bankaların kuruluş statüsünü gün geçtikçe zorlaştırıyor. Bugün ben bir banka açmak istiyorum derseniz kasanız da en az nakit 1 milyar TL Para olmak zorunda, tabi bu kuruluş masrafları için… Bunu çevirmek için ayrı Bir milyar TL ‘ye daha ihtiyacınız olacaktır. Çünkü bugün bir banka kurmak için en az ödenmiş sermayenizin 30 Milyon TL olması lazım ve bu en az ödenmiş sermayeyi BDDK 15-20 katına kadar çıkarıyor. Bir bölgeye veya şehre kurmuş olduğunuz bankanın şube ve temsilciliğini açmak için BDDK’ a ayrı bir ödeme yapmak zorundasınız. Ayrıca açtığınız bir şube de ATM kurmanın maliyeti bir ATM için yaklaşık olan 30 bin dolar.

Bankalar, dönem dönem elde ettikleri yüksek karlarla gündeme geliyorlar. Bankaların 2002 yılından bu yana sağladığı yıllık net kar rakamları TL bazından genellikle artış göstermiştir.2017 yılında da devam edeceğe benzemektedir.

2002 yılından 2009 yılına kadar bankaların kar artışları ve yatay seyretmiştir. 2009 yılında ise küresel krizin yaşandığı enflasyon ve işsizliğin olduğu yılda Türkiye ekonomisi yüzde 5 oranında küçülmüştü. Bu küçülmeye rağmen bankaların karı rekor bir düzeyde 19 milyar TL olarak gerçekleşti.2009 yılından 2015 yılına kadar banka karları göreceli bir durum izlemiştir.

2016 yılından ise bankacılık sektörünün aktif büyüklüğü 2 trilyon 730 milyar 510 milyon TL oldu.2015 yılında 26 milyar lira net karı,2016 yılında yüzde 44 artışla 37 milyar 532 milyon TL oldu.2016 yılında En büyüyen sektör banka ve faktoring şirketleridir.

2017 yılı 2.çeyreğinde bankaların karı 27 milyar TL Düzeyinde yılsonun da 45 milyar TL olacağı tahmin ediliyor.

Peki, bankaları bu kadar önemli kılan ve gün geçtikçe değerini arttıran etkenler nelerdir?

Günümüz itibariyle bankaların varlığı kaçınılmaz olup iş ve gündelik yaşamımızın bir parçasıdır. Cebimizde veya kasamız da bir miktar yüklü para varsa aman bu para’ya bir şeyler olur düşüncesiyle bankalara yatırıyoruz. 2017 Haziran itibari ile Türkiye ekonomisini incelersek bankalar 27 milyar TL bir Kar açıkladılar ayrıca yılın ilk yarısında protesto edilen senetlerin tutarı 6 milyar TL oldu ve bu senetlerin büyük çoğunluğu bankalar da işlem görmektedir. Bunların yanında 2017 yılı haziran ayı sonu itibariyle KOBİ’ler ve büyük işletmeler KGF (KREDİ GARANTİ FONU) ‘dan 200 milyar TL’ye bankalar aracılığıyla kredi kullandılar. Bu durum devletimizi bir ekonomik kriz yaşanması halinde büyük bir riskin altına sokmaktadır. Çünkü ülkemiz de 2016 son dönem ve 2017 yılı ilk çeyrek itibariyle para arzı sıkıntısı daha doğrusu sıcak para sıkıntısı vardı. Bu durum bir nebze KGF ile çözüldü yine burada kazanan bankalar oldu arkasında devlet ve hazine garantisi ile komisyon karşılığı firmalara kredi verdiler.

Özetlemek gerekirse;
