* Ulusal Bor Araştırma Enstitüsü’nün (BOREN) görev, yetki ve sorumlulukları belirlendi.

* Çevre ve Şehircilik Bakanlığına bağlı Tapu ve Kadastro Genel Müdürlüğünün sorumlulukları ile teşkilatlanmasına ilişkin usul ve esaslar düzenlendi.

* Vergi politikaları yük alacak, Darphane ve Damga Matbaası Genel Müdürlüğü de; kanunlar gereğince tedavüle çıkarılması kararlaştırılan madeni ufaklık para ve madeni hatıra paraları basıp dağıtacak.
